Owned firstly as a private house 1970 and restored by the Sedgwick family, the hotel opened in September 1971 since then its established an enviable reputation in the area as a place of tranquillity, luxury and elegance. Situated just outside Carlisle, Crosby Lodge offers seclusion and detachment from the bustle of the city. Set amongst the peaceful Cumbrian countryside, the lodge is nestled on the banks of the River Eden, which offers a secluded haven for those seeking complete relaxation.
